The first SHOTO “Benchmarking Study Tour” 2012 was a collision between historically excellent leadership culture of Harvard and West Point and the continuous innovation culture of SHOTO, and a deep exchange between world culture and SHOTO culture. The beneficial tour had allowed our trainees to understand how the leadership features and execution requirements of Harvard and West Point coincide with the current, international and vibrant SHOTO culture. It’s hoped that SHOTO culture can be kept alive in the new period.
This training has broadened the horizon and improved the team organization, leadership, management and cohesiveness of our trainees. From this great starting point, SHOTO will send more high-performing manager represen𒅌tatives to the top academic institutions and renowned corporations across the world for various trainings.
